the family room suited our needs exactly with ample space for everyone. the toilet was clean and very practical so that was a plus. staff members were helpful when i needed directions and transport advice. the price seemed very reasonable considering the room's size and location.
i noticed that the beds made a slight noise whenever someone moved even a little bit.

the room was spacious, i guess. that was alright.
The noise was insane. doors were constantly slamming all night. i swear there was a baby crying for hours. people hanging around outside the entrance also. It wasn't the best vibe.

The location was great. the super nice team. They explained everything i needed to know. the hostel has a lot of useful vending machines. I also appreciated the coffee maker!
I noticed there's no fan. There also was no ac or any other type of ventilation, so the rooms get pretty hot during summer.

The location is excellent, with the u-bahn very close. the hotel is near the city center. It is only 10 minutes by train. handy access for the ssb trains! the hotel is also two stops from the main station.

the lobby had multiple activities with ample seating . people enjoyed games, tv, and the bar. the staff was friendly and helpful to me. the rooms were clean and organized on arrival. it was only two stops from the central train station making transportation easy.
i found the room to be quite warm, and i could not fully open the window. the provided "kitchen" was not excellent (lacked necessary equipment). i also found the extra charge for a towel unacceptable. (it felt nickel-and-diming).

I found parking very convenient. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious. The proximity to the metro station.
The absence of air conditioning made the room very warm. It was difficult to sleep comfortably, I hope they address this soon.

the location was good and close to the tram station.
Check-in was not smooth. i had to grab a locker from another bed because mine was missing one. some beds are pushed together like a double bed for strangers. It was super weird.
